Hand in Paw is hosting a social-distancing fundraiser called Tail-Waggin’ Takeout on Friday, August 14th in their parking lot. Have the ultimutt date night by stopping by their one night only neighbor-hound drive-through for some delicious carryout treats and sweets!
Tail-Waggin’ Takeout was created as a social-distancing alternative to their largest fundraiser, Picasso Pets, which was cancelled out of abundance of caution due to COVID-19. The funds raised at this event will help Hand in Paw provide virtual care and connection to those in need, as well as help them prepare to visit a world that will have a heightened need for their unique services.
General Tail-Waggin’ Takeout tickets cost $100 and include an appetizer, bottle of wine, gourmet cookies for humans and dogs, and a cocktail kit from Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Premium tickets cost $200 and will also include a special-select wine, gift from Hand in Paw, a chance to win an exclusive glass sculpture by Sherri Van Pelt, and access to an early pick-up window starting at 4pm. The deadline to purchase tickets is August 3rd. Each takeout ticket will serve 2 people (or 1 couple).
On August 14th from 5-7pm, attendees will drive to Hand in Paw to pick up their takeout and are encouraged to take their food and pups to a park for a lovely date night.

With food catered by A Social Affair and treats for your four-legged friends, we will provide a curbside experience unlike any other in Birmingham!”
