Birmingham, AL: Hand in Paw, Alabama’s premier Animal-Assisted Therapy provider, is excited to announce the promotion of Ashley Foster to Development Director.
After serving Hand in Paw as a volunteer for several years, Foster joined the staff as Director of Events and Strategic Partnerships in 2018. In addition to overseeing the organization’s major fundraisers, Foster will now help raise awareness and additional support for Hand in Paw’s mission to improve human health and well-being through Animal-Assisted Therapy. A graduate of Furman University, Foster has a career background in event planning, fundraising and corporate partnerships.
“Ashley’s commitment to our mission is unwavering. For the past two years, she has consistently exceeded every goal we set in fundraising and community service. I am excited to see the work she will accomplish in this decade,” said Margaret Stinnett, Executive Director.
