Stephanie has been a Therapy Team with her furever friend Olive since 2016. She visits regularly at the YWCA, Children's of Alabama, the Exceptional Foundation and Ronald McDonald House to name a few! Stephanie is known for being selfless, committed and extraordinarily kind. She is one of the most hardworking volunteers at Hand in Paw, logging over 200 hours of visits in 2019 alone.
Greg has been a Visit Assistant with Hand in Paw since 2009! Now that's commitment! Greg helps make our Animal-Assisted Therapy visits more efficient and effective by assisting Therapy Teams and allowing them to keep all focus on the animal. He visits at Brookdale Skilled Nursing as well as Fairhaven and is loved by all the Therapy Teams that he assists.
To show our appreciation, Stephanie and Greg received a commemorative trophy and certificate, 2 tickets to Picasso Pets and Mutt Strut, a feature in our Golden Newsletter and social media, as well as a commemorative brick to be placed at our campus. Congratulations and well done!
